GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE FROM 1^ST SEPTEMBER 2022

Following a review of governance arrangements across the Trust, Trustees have agreed on changes to the governance structures which take effect from September 2022.  The overall aim is to further strengthen governance arrangements across the Trust.

Sapientia Education Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees who have statutory responsibility for governance.  Further information about the governance structure is available on the Sapientia Education Trust website.

Our revised arrangements have explicit aims, one of these being to ensure effective parental/career input by means of a Parent Focus Group (PFG) at each school.

This group facilitates communication between the Headteacher and parents/carers and acts as a consultative group.

The dates for Seething and Mundham Primary Schools Parent Focus Group (PFG) will be confirmed in the Autumn term and shared with all parents of children at Seething and Mundham Primary School.
